Yin Earth Medicine is led by Diana Segovia Arcella, an acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with a focus on women’s health and whole-system support.
Diana’s work is grounded in the principles of TCM and shaped by a deep respect for the body’s intelligence. She approaches treatment as a collaborative process, taking time to understand each person’s constitution, history, and current state.
Alongside TCM, Diana integrates somatic awareness, flower essences, Five Element principles, and alchemical healing practices where appropriate. This whole-person approach supports not only physical health, but also emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and the body's innate capacity to heal.
Her work is thoughtful, steady, and responsive – prioritising safety, clarity, and long-term wellbeing.
Diana is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine. She is an AHPRA registered acupuncturist and herbalist, a member of ATMS, and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine) from the Southern School of Natural Medicine.
She weaves her understanding of Traditional Chinese medicine principles with current biomedical research. She has furthered her studies in gynaecology and fertility, incorporating integrative care and blood test analysis where appropriate.
